MINUTES

1. Minutes of the teleconference meeting 29 th August were read.
A.Jokantas moved that the minutes be accepted. Seconded by Lindsay McNeill .
2. Business Arising
Parasite Kits:
Parasite kits that were to be available from a Victorian producer did not eventuate due to the fact that the person responsible was not able to complete the necessary work.
3. Issues
A discussion took place as to the best way to help each state association become more involved in the National Website (www.naae.asn.au)
A motion from Andrew Cosby was put;
"that $400 be seeded to each state or territory association to assist with the individual state or territories development of an effective presence on the naae website, when at the discretion of the national executive, there is adequate evidence through existing links, that the mechanisms are in place for this to happen". Motion carried.
A copy of the NAAE constitution and financial report be put onto the naae website.
A summary of the 12th Biennial Conference 2002 proceedings and papers be uploaded to the naae website as soon as practicable.
